An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. xk777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining Account balance. Players will be notified before inactivity fees are applied.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software bug or incorrect odds displayed due to human error, xk777 reserves the right to void affected bets.
